The Red(o) Issue
RVM Magazine was active from 2009 to 2014, in 2017 it was brought back to life with a new formula, mixing photography, research and writing. For the first cover red was chosen: the color of the darkroom, the contrast filters, a color that has a deeply connection with the photographic medium. Red(o) is a playful way to express the re-work of the project.
The mast head treatment gently suggest the rear view mirror effect: a bold and elegant eye that constantly look behind to keep moving forward.
